Develop Emerging Leaders
This program is ideal for organizations seeking to train and develop emerging leaders. Choose from our six or twelve-week sessions that will guide your team through each step of the Leader COACH program. We don’t just provide the tools and training; we deliver immediate ROI with practical implementation strategies and action plans to measure the impact.
- an initial sponsor intake meeting to identify goals and objectives,
- one-on-one onboarding call with each participant (virtual)
- on-site or virtual program delivery,
- weekly assignments,
- weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one check-ins with each participant (30 min)

Small Group Cohort
Connect with like-minded leaders looking to elevate their impact in one of our weekly or bi-weekly cohorts. The curriculum is identical to “Developing New Leaders.” Select your level (Emerging, Seasoned, or C-suite) and duration (6 or 12 weeks) and start leveling up your leadership.
